In the process of ball rotation, the sealing surface has a strong cutting force and self-cleaning function. In the process of rotation, the surface knowledge of the flow path can be changed, and the linear and equal ratio of the medium can be adjusted accurately.

Product features:
Valve Body:
• Integral design provides higher strength to the valve body and can better withstand pipeline pressure
• The leakage caused by the flange connection of the two-piece valve body is avoided. c) It has two structures of flange clamping at the same time
Ball:
• The specially designed V-shaped ball has a strong shear effect and sealing performance on the medium, and the flow characteristics of the medium can be adjusted in equal proportion.
• Hard chrome plating, desalination, supersonic spraying and other sealing surface hardening processes can be used to increase the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface.
• The precision grinding of the spherical surface reduces the friction between the sealing surfaces and thus reduces the torque.
Valve Seat:
• The special design without valve seat cover avoids the dead Angle between the valve seat and the valve body which is easy to plug, and avoids the situation of the valve seat sticking.
• The seat spring is designed with a circlip, which greatly reduces the torque required to drive the valve while providing preload for the seat seal.
• A seat with a preload provides a good seal to the valve even at a small pressure difference
Valve stem:
• Fixed ball valve structure, the upper and lower double stem double bearings to fix the spool, with higher stability, bearing composite material, rotating bearing surface sintering treatment of self-lubricating bearings, with very strong wear resistance. Reduced torque, to avoid long-term use of the valve, valve stem bite.
